Your physiotherapy consult will involve an assessment and treatment to reduce pain, and restore maximum movement and function when you have been affected by injury, disease, posture, surgery, ageing or other environmental factors.
Assessments take approximately 30-45 minute. You may be given home exercises. A follow up appointment will be organized prior to your departure. Follow up appointments are usually 30 minutes and will involve a reassessment and treatment. I will be able to give you an indication of the likely duration and course of treatment to get you back to optimum health.
Anybody can do Pilates.
Pilates is an excellent way to improve your core strength, balance and control.
We have a full set of pilates equipment including reformer and trapeze, wunda chairs and smaller accessories.
The instructor is a physio and fully qualified to modify exercises to help you rehabilitate from injury, and manage any illness or disability regardless of your age.
Book in for an initial assessment so we can tailor make a program to suit your needs. Every body is different so why not have your very own set of exercises?

Massage is commonly incorporated into physio treatments.
Massage can help muscles relax when they are affected by injury, posture, work or other factors.
